The rich taste of roasted garlic
can be likened to roasted peppers in this
quality oil. Magically good in salads, pasta salads, dips, mayonnaise, Caesar
dressings, pickles and dips. Use for roasting, grilling and cooking in
oven. Drizzle with a fried, grilled and cooked in the oven.

As a salad dressing for cold and warm salads

Base in flavorful mayonnaise, Caesar dressing

Base in Pesto and gremolata

Use as base for dips and marinades

Good for frying, roasting in the oven and grill.

Make a great garlic butter for grilled vegetables, fish, chicken and meat. Mix 250g butter, 1 dl roasted garlic, canola oil, 3/4 dl water and season with salt, pepper and chili. Place in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
