A net of blue mussels
3 tablespoons Culinary Sweden Roasted Garlic oil
1 dl Culinary Swedens Tomato and Roasted Garlic sauce
2 pinches of salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
How to do it:
Wash and scrub the mussels well. Remove the beard that protrudes from the shell halves. Discard the mussels that do not close when tapped on them. Put the mussels on the grill and put the lid on. Grill the mussels over medium heat for about one minute or until they start to open. Put the mussels in a bowl, drizzle with roasted garlic oil and grill for another two minutes. Add the mussels to a bowl once again, pour some of Culinary Swedens Tomato and Roasted Garlic Sauce on top of it, along with fresh chopped parsley and stir. Serve!
