Sverigeskafferiets cold smoked butter in the Bocuse d'Or in Lyon
In one of the world's most prestigious cooking contests, the Bocuse d'Or in Lyon 29-30/1-2013, choosing Sweden's representative Adam Dahlberg use Sverigeskafferiets yogurt leavened and cold smoked butter to turbot and lobster.
In the Sweden - the new Culinary Nation's booth Sverigeskafferiet is in place to offer cold smoked and yogurt leavened butter, Luxury mayonnaise, apple chips smoked aioli, cold smoked bearnaise sauce, apple chips and smoked honey mustard sauce. They will be accompanied by thin root vegetable chips (deli potato, beetroot and parsnips) that gently cold smoked with apple chips, in an old oak wine barrel from Bordeaux.

Just in time for Easter and barbecue season launches Kavli together with Sweden Pantry three flavored kvalitetsmajonnäser in exciting flavors and a plain mayonnaise for those who want flavor itself. All four - Mustard & Horseradish, Roasted Garlic & Herb, fruity lemon and Natural are prepared with eggs from free-range, Swedish chickens and fine rapeseed oil.
Kavli has partnered with the small family business Pantry Sweden that specializes in creating amazing flavors from fresh, quality ingredients. Kavli, who are market leaders in the mayonnaise in Sweden, wanted to develop a really good mayonnaise collection with exciting flavors, based on the best ingredients. Along with Sverigeskafferiets passionate founder Pia and Lasse Schönemyr born three flavored mayonnaise and plain.
