Chili & roasted garlic rapeseedoil

This oil is as good as roasted garlic rapeseedoil but with chili it makes this oil exciting and hot. The pale red color comes from the chilifruits. Use in salads, pasta salads, dips, mayonnaise, Caesar dressing and marinades. Use for roasting, grilling and cooking in the oven. User Tips As a salad dressing for cold and warm salads Base in flavorful mayonnaise and Caesar dressing Base in Pesto, gremolata and marinades  Use as the base for dips Good for frying, roasting in the oven and grill. Make a great garlic butter for grilledvegetables, fish, chicken and meat. Mix250g butter, 1 dl Roasted Garlic & ChiliRape, 3/4 dl water and season with salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator 1 hourbefore serving
